Substitution Policy

For certain gift items, thePartyWine.com reserves the right to make product substitutions where necessary. In all cases, the product used as a substitute will be very similar to the original item, and will always be of equal or greater value. Most substitutions occur when we run out of one of our gift basket components, such as sugar cookies, and we make a replacement with an item such as butter tea cookies.

For wine gift baskets ordered for delivery to states that prohibit shipment of wine, we will substitute a bottle (or 2, depending on value) of grape juice or sparkling cider. This policy is stated in the text of all wine gift basket products.
